P90X: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

P90X has multiple personalities and much like a classic, old-fashioned western movie, when discussing P90X as weight loss tool for those of us with ongoing weight problems, the program ends up being 51 percent good, 25 percent bad and 24 percent just plain ugly.
